Terms — the rules of the road.

Last updated · July 21, 2026

The rules of the road for using Renolution. We're a referral network built by contractors — the terms below reflect how a real introduction works, not how a marketplace tries to protect itself.

Who we are

Renolution is operated by a team backed by Moss Building & Design. When you use the site, submit the Meet my match form, or accept a contractor introduction, you're agreeing to these terms.

What we do

We match homeowners with one contractor who fits their project. We're not the contractor. We don't perform the work, guarantee the price, or hold the project schedule — the contractor does. What we do guarantee is that we personally vetted them and are willing to say so with our name attached.

What you agree to

You'll give us accurate information on the form — the match is only as good as what we're working with.

You'll treat the contractor we introduce you to like an invited guest in your home — because that's how we treated them when we vetted them.

You won't use the site to scrape our contractor list, spam our team, or automate submissions. The form is for homeowners with real projects.

What we don't cover

We don't guarantee any particular outcome from the introduction. Fit is real work; sometimes the first match isn't the right one, in which case we'll try again.

We're not responsible for disputes between you and the contractor once the work begins. We'll help sort things out where we can, because that's what a friend in the trade does — but the contract for the work is between you and them.

Fees

The service is free for homeowners. We're paid by the matched contractor when the work books — the same way a professional referral works in any trade.

Content on the site

The words, images, and design on the site are ours or licensed to us. Please don't repost or reuse them without asking — hello@renolution.com — we usually say yes.

Changes

We can change these terms — when we do, we'll update the date at the top. If a change materially affects a service you've already asked us for, we'll tell you before it applies to your project.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. If a dispute reaches a courtroom, it will be a Virginia one.
