We collect what we need to match you with one right contractor — and nothing else. No lists sold. No cross-site trackers. Here's the plain-English version.

What we collect

When you submit the Meet my match form, we collect your name, email, phone number, ZIP code, state, project types, optional project notes, how you heard about us, and — if you were referred — the name of the person who sent you.

We keep server logs of the request for a short window so we can investigate issues (a broken submission, a bot burst). Logs are automatically pruned within 30 days.

Why we collect it

The intake exists so a person on our vetting team can read your project and hand-pick the one contractor who's right for it. That's the whole job — every field is in service of the match.

We use your email and phone to reply, arrange the introduction, and follow up while the project is underway. If you'd rather we not, tell the person who reaches out and we'll close your file the same day.

Who we share it with

The one contractor we match you with gets your name, email, phone, and project details — because that's how a real introduction works.

We do not sell your information. We do not share it with lead marketplaces, ad networks, or any other contractor besides the one we picked for you. This is the whole difference between a referral network and an auction site.

We use standard operational vendors to run the site (hosting, email delivery, error monitoring). Those vendors process data on our behalf under written contracts and cannot use it for their own purposes.

Cookies and tracking

We use only what's required to make the site work — session cookies for the form, no third-party ad or analytics trackers on the marketing pages at this time. When we add analytics, we'll say so here first.

Your rights

You can ask us to see, correct, or delete anything we have on file. Email hello@renolution.com and a person will respond within one business day.

If you're a California, Colorado, Virginia, or Connecticut resident, you have specific rights under your state's privacy law. We honor all of them — no arguments, no dark patterns, no hoops to jump through.

Kids

This is a service for homeowners. We don't knowingly collect information from anyone under 16. If you think we have, email us and we'll delete it.

Changes

When we change this policy, we'll update the date at the top and note the change. If it's a big one, we'll tell you before it takes effect.
