Renolution connects homeowners with contractors for a wide range of residential renovation projects—both indoors and out. From small jobs like landscaping and painting to larger projects like kitchen remodels, roofing, and even full home upgrades, our platform is built to match each homeowner with the right expert for their specific needs.
Referring a project is easy—just visit the Renolution website and click “Submit Project.” You’ll provide the homeowner’s contact information, details about the project, and anything else that will help us make a smooth handoff. Once the project is submitted, matched, and completed, we’ll send you a referral fee as a thank-you for bringing it to us.
There’s no cost to sign up or maintain a membership. Instead of upfront or subscription fees, Renolution collects a small percentage only when you’re matched with a project and it results in a completed sale.
Before you start receiving leads, our team takes time to get to know you. Through a personalized onboarding process, we learn about your trade specialties, project preferences, availability, and service area. This ensures we only send you leads that fit your expertise and the type of work you actually want to do.
If you’re a contractor working a project through Renolution, payment comes after the job is completed and the homeowner’s payment is received. If you’re referring a project (but not doing the work yourself), you’ll receive your referral fee once the job is sold and finished. Payment terms can vary slightly depending on your agreement with us.
Referral fees are only paid when a lead results in a signed contract and completed project. If the lead doesn’t close, no referral fee is issued. That said, we encourage you to keep submitting qualified leads—our team is dedicated to helping turn them into successful matches.
