Request deletion of your Renolution account

Use this form to ask us to delete your Renolution account and the personal data associated with it. You don’t need to be logged in, and you don’t need the app installed.

What happens

Step 2We verify the request is really you (we may email to confirm).
Step 3We delete your account and associated personal data, and confirm when it's done.

What’s deleted: your profile, projects, messages, and the personal information tied to your account.

What may be kept:limited records we’re required to retain by law (for example, financial or transaction records), as described in our Privacy Policy.

Timing: we aim to complete deletion within 30 days of verifying your request.
